I would like to begin by thanking you, our customers, for your support and business. The COVID-19 pandemic has taken us all by surprise, and at AV Solutions we put the safety and comfort of our customers and team members first.
While we took a short break from appointments and installations, we did so to ensure we assessed the situation and developed the appropriate security protocols for our operations.
I am excited to share that we are now taking appointments and performing home visits, following a strict security protocol to ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone.
At the Office:
- Team members experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 are asked to remain from coming to the office or fulfilling any appointments.
- Prior to entering the building, team members are screened for high temperatures and symptoms related to COVID-19.
- Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) has been provided to our team members for home visits, and they are required to wear a mask inside the premises and maintain the proper social distancing guidelines.
- Appointment times have been staggered to ensure no visits come after the other.
- Team members are required to wear appropriate PPE while inside a home and maintain proper social distance at all times.
- Prior to the appointment time, team members will contact you to announce their visit.
