Meet Paul Tordik, owner and founder of AV Solutions. With over 17 years of experience, he entered the industry in 2005 with his first company and eventually stepped away to found AVS.

As a small business owner, Paul is highly involved in the company’s everyday operations. A day on the job for him includes scheduling appointments, meeting with clients, managing the day-to-day operations and working on big projects with the AV Solutions team. 

When asked about his favorite projects throughout the years, there was one in particular that stood out. A 14,000 sq. ft house that took around 150 hours to complete and involved the installation of 25 rooms worth of speakers, a theatre, audio and video distribution, lighting control, touchscreens, and more! 

For Paul, the best thing about the AVS team is their work ethic and positivity. All the team members share the same vision and contribute to a professional yet relaxing work environment. Paul praises the integrity of Jason, Jake, and Eric because he trusts them to do a great job even when he is not there. Paul’s favorite part about owning AV Solutions is the clients’ happiness after seeing the completed product and the confidence in his team. “I do what I love. I love what I do.” Paul shares, “Every day is different, and there is constant learning.”

When Paul’s not working, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and watching sports!
